Early Wednesday morning, the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a flash flood warning for much of Bexar County, including the San Antonio metro area, as well as parts of Kendall and Comal counties. The warning is effective until 7:30 a.m. CDT. San Antonio Express-News
Heavy rainfall has already resulted in 1 to 3 inches of accumulation, with additional rainfall expected. This has led to flash flooding in creeks, streams, urban areas, and roadways.
